Turning Hearts

You can create up to 6 individual Turning Hearts accounts for yourself and your ancestors using the same email address.

Each account must be made one at a time, this is done by clicking “Create an account” and going through the registration process for each ancestor and personal account.

A medallion can be purchased anytime through the profile development and you can also order a medallion without having an account at Turning Hearts.

How to get started?

A Turning Hearts Medallion is a scannable medallion intended to be placed on the headstone of an ancestor or loved one. Anyone who visits can scan the QR code engraved on the medallion with their phone and it will connect them to the profile created for that person.

How does the medallion work? 

Yes, it is free to create a Turning Hearts account. You can create your own personal profile or you can create a profile for your ancestor at no cost. If you want to purchase Turning Hearts Medallion, you will get a medallion which is connected to your profile via engraved QR Code.

Is it free to create an account in Turning Hearts?

Yes, you can purchase Turning Hearts Medallion as a gift example to your friend or family member!
During the checkout you can enter your own address as billing address and you can add your friend’s or family member’s address as shipping address.

Can I purchase a Medallion as a gift?

Your medallion should be connected to the QR code when it's delivered to you. 

However, if you're experiencing issues when you try to scan it, please provide us with the ancestor profile name and medallion number so we can look into it for you.

How do I activate a medallion?

We ship worldwide. 

For orders shipping within the U.S. (48 states): 2-8 business days after your order receives a tracking number.

For International orders: 14-21 business days after your order receives a tracking number.

Production time is 1-3 business days and may take longer during peak shipping periods (Christmas season)
